85 SERCA IMPROVEMENTS from12 Admin & Support Loss Reduction Activities, Batch Q1'09
Another set of proud improvements from Admin and Support teams were presented to Top Management last March 24, 25, 27 and April 1, 2009 for Q1’09 Admin and Support Loss Reduction Activity. This was fully participated by Admin & support members with 114 total attendees against 84 target (136% compliance) to the 6 batches of presentations.
For the last time, Pres. Takagi and VP Iwata took their part as they reviewed 4 out of the 12 themes. New reviewers were also introduced… Mr. Raffy Javier, Mfg. Group Manager and Mr. Joey de Torres, PPIC/CSE Group Manager joined this activity as reviewer trainee together with the Japanese reviewers. Aside from them, Mr. Masayuki Saito, Admin Vice President, Mr. Tomohiro Nishimura, Mfg./TPM/ESH Group Manager and Mr. Bong Lalatag, TPM Group Manager consistently participated as reviewers.
From these activities, a total of 85 improvements were generated categorized into SERCA. As overall impact, an average of 59% leadtime were reduced, and Php 105,658.17 cost saved per month.
