President's Message
Ibiden Philippines Inc.は2000年5月に日本の Ibidenの１００％子会社として設立されました。その後チップセット用のフリップチップパッケージの製造を始め、現在では約１０Bペソ/年の売上、社員数4000人の会社に成長することができました。当社は日本から先端技術を導入し、チップセット分野では世界でﾄｯﾌﾟのフリップチップパッケージの製造メーカーです。また、2003年にはISO14000、2007年にはISO9000を取得するとともに、2005年よりTPM活動を導入し、企業の基盤の整備を実施して参りました。さらに、2008年にはCSRセクションを設立して、さらに経営基盤の強化を図るべく進めております。2008年より、新たに設定した、企業理念のフレームワーク「イビデンウェイ」を元に、永続的に存続・発展し、地域社会及び国際社会から信頼される企業へ成長することを目指してまいります。
Ibiden Philippines Inc was established as a 100% subsidiary company of Ibiden Co., Ltd in May 2000 as an overseas plant. After its establishment the company has started production of flip chip package for chip sets, has now grown to 10 billion Peso annual sales and the number of employee increase to 4,000.
Our company introduces a high technology from Japan and is now the no. 1 manufacturer of PCB in the world in the chip set field. We have consistently received ISO9000 and ISO14000 in 2003 and 2007 respectively.
In addition, we have introduced a TPM activity since 2005 and maintained this as our foundation in the company. Furthermore Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) sections which contribute toward the creation of a sustainable society have been established this year 2008, and we are trying to reinforce this management system in our business structure.
Under the newly established company concept as expressed in the key framework "Ibiden way" in 2008, we pursue to grow and continue to overcome adversities and achieve the company that will be trusted from a regional and global community.
